By participating in the ODK Media Raffle Event (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Organizer
The Event is organized by ODK Media (“Organizer,” “we,” or “us”).
2. Eligibility
The Event is open to participants who are 18 years of age or older
Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of ODK Media or its partners are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter
Participants must provide valid contact information and complete the survey questions, which will be used for internal marketing analysis.
Each participant may submit only once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prizes
Prizes are sponsored by third-party affiliated partners, including Kahuna Chair, Krisdia, and ODK Shop (“Partners”).
The Organizer is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or performance of the prizes.
Prizes will be delivered directly by the Partners. By entering, participants agree that their contact information (name, email, phone number, and mailing address) may be shared with the Partners for prize fulfillment purposes.
5. Marketing Consent
By participating in the Event, you consent to receive marketing communications from ODK Media and its affiliated partners via email, SMS, or other channels.
You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time, but opting out may limit your eligibility for future promotions.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.
Winners will be notified via [email/phone] within 5 business days
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Data Privacy
Your personal information will be collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By participating, you acknowledge that your information may be shared with Partners for prize fulfillment and marketing purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Event or the use of any prizes.
Partners are solely responsible for delivering and supporting their respective prizes.
9. General Terms
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Event at any time without notice.
The laws of the State of California govern ODK Media’s Terms of Use.
By participating, you agree to abide by these Terms and any decisions made by the Organizer, which are final and binding.
Disclaimer
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. No purchase necessary to participate. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
All entries must be received by November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are only deliverable within the United States. If you are not residing in the U.S., prizes cannot be shipped or fulfilled.
Winners will be selected at random and notified via the contact information provided within 7 business days after the entry deadline. If a selected winner cannot be reached within 5 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
Void where prohibited. ODK Media reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
