스마트TV 브라우저에서 비디오를 재생할 수 없는 문제와 관련해, 최근 제조사에서 관리하고 있는 스마트TV 브라우저의 인증서 만료 이슈가 있었던 것을 확인했습니다. 온디맨드코리아에서도 이에 대응하는 조치를 취했습니다.
현재 문제가 발생하던 브라우저에서 서비스 이용이 가능한 것을 확인했습니다만, 일부 구형 스마트TV에서는 서비스 이용이 불가능할 수 있습니다.
온디맨드코리아는 공식적으로 스마트TV를 지원하지 않습니다. PC의 구글 크롬 브라우저에 최적화되어 있으므로, 구글 크롬 브라우저를 이용하시면 문제 없이 비디오를 시청하실 수 있습니다.
또한 iOS 및 Android 전용 앱으로도 이용하실 수 있습니다.
PLUS/PREMIUM 멤버십을 이용하시는 분들은 크롬캐스트, Roku, AppleTV App으로도 시청하실 수 있습니다.

Hello, this is the OnDemandKorea team.
While investigating video playback issues on Smart TV browsers, we discovered that the TV manufacturers' proprietary internet browser certificate was expired. OnDemandKorea has since released a solution to resolve this issue.
While we have verified that the browsers previously affected have been fixed, certain older Smart TV models may still be unable to access our service.
OnDemandKorea does not officially support the Smart TV browser and optimized for the Google Chrome browser on PC. Using the Google Chrome browser, you can watch videos without any problems.
It is also available as an iOS and Android app.
PLUS/PREMIUM members can also access our service on Chromecast, Roku and the Apple TV app.
